Businesses We Are Looking to Acquire

Independent Foster Care Agencies (IFAs)

We are looking for Ofsted-registered IFAs with:

• A track record of safe, stable placements with local authorities
• A strong team of supervising social workers and placement officers
• Documented safeguarding, recruitment, and training processes
• “Good” or “Outstanding” Ofsted ratings (or clear improvement plans in place)
• Annual revenue between £250k – £2m+ (but we’ll consider others as well)

Whether your agency is small and specialised or larger and regional, we want to hear from you - especially if your culture values empathy, rigour, and relational care.

Residential Children’s Homes (Single or Group Homes)

We’re also acquiring children’s homes that demonstrate:

• A clear therapeutic model (EBD, complex trauma, learning difficulties)
• Strong compliance history and local authority relationships
• Stable and engaged staff teams
• Homes located in safe, appropriate environments
• Multi-home or single-home operations welcome

We know how hard this work is - and we honour the operators who do it well.

Specialist Care Services

We are also interested in:

• Leaving care or step-down services
• Specialist semi-independent living (16+)
• Complex needs or SEND-focused services If your service fits into a vulnerable care pathway and you’ve built something that works - even if small - we’re open to discussion.

Where we are buying

We are actively acquiring across the Midlands mainly, with an open interest in:

• England: West Midlands, East Midlands, Yorkshire, London, North West, South West, South East
• Wales: Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Wrexham and surrounding regions
• Rural and coastal locations also considered if infrastructure and staffing are strong
